Job Description:
Marketing：
Organize marketing activities, such as tradeshows and seminarsLiaise with designers and vendors to prepare marketing collateral, advertisements and articlesAssist in preparing new product launches and press releasesCollect product and marketing material from partners, suppliers and principalsConduct market research, such as competitor study and price analysisWrite reports, presentations and other materials as neededOrganize and maintain marketing material and souvenir inventory
Administration：
Manage showroom schedule and bookingsMaintain showroom stock listProvide general support to visitorsTrack and manage office suppliesManage and coordinate with vendors on cleaning, repair and maintenance for office equipmentOther ad-hoc duties as required

Required Skills:
Degree or Diploma in Marketing or related discipline
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Detail-oriented, analytical, well-organized, good time management and interpersonal skillsMotivated, committed, positive and a good team player

Required Experience:
At least 2 years relevant working experienceExperience in multinational companies a plus
