职位描述
THE JOB
We’re seeking a full-time Admin/HR Assistant to work for us and our office partners.
This is an entry level position for a local applicant with the skills listed below, and possibly 1-3 years experience in an administrative position.
SKILLS
Besides fluent Chinese, this position requires written and spoken English proficiency, and the confidence to use them daily and improve.
MS Word and Excel skills are required.
The most important attributes for this position are a sense of responsibility, organization, hospitality/care for others, and the ability to communicate in English and Chinese.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive visitors
Make cash and bank transfers (both domestic and overseas) and relevant filing
Complete general office tasks including scanning, stationery ordering, filing,
sending couriers and other administrative work
Take charge of monthly bill checking and payments, book keeping and voucher filing
Calculate tax and write invoices
Coordinate annual inspections and other tax, bank, and government-related issues
Coordinate with accounting firm, tax advisor, telecom, and bank on relevant formalities
Prepare expenses list and reimburse expenses accordingly
Complete other administrative tasks assigned by department directors
WHAT TO EXPECT
Our agency provides a supportive workplace and values work/life balance. Our working hours are 9:30AM - 6PM, Monday - Friday, with compensation provided for any overtime worked. We follow industry trends, encourage technical research, and look for internal training opportunities as time allows.

并相应归档
日常行政工作,包括购买办公用品,扫描,收发快递等
负责每个月例行对账及付款,记账并按照税务局要求归档
核算税务,开具及发票
每年更新公司证件,处理年检及银行相关
与审计,税务,电信,银行,税务局等组织或部门协调配合
准备相应费用单,报销单并有效归档管理
主管布置的其他相关工作
