职位描述：
1.负责Web端相关产品的平面设计工作，能独立且高品质地完成任务；
2.负责公司VI形象、产品包装、广告宣传物料等的美术设计制作工作；
3.参与公司网站的宣传设计
4.参与各种活动方案的创意及设计，设计不同风格主题的广告素材；
5.主动推动建立和主导平面设计风格，参与设计流程和规范的制定。

职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，两年以上平面设计工作经验；
2.有扎实的美术功底、优秀的个人品位，热爱创意设计；
3.精通Photoshop等设计软件，有新颖的设计思想，有丰富的想象力；
4.工作积极主动，优秀的沟通能力和团队协作精神，富有创造力和责任感；
5.能适应高强度和快速的工作节奏；
