职位描述：
岗位职责 Responsibilities:

1、制定和实施公司业务销售战略、销售目标和销售计划，并根据市场动态及时调整销售计划与目标，带领团队拓展新渠道、新客户，制定针对客户需求的解决方案；

2、负责销售团队管理，激励培训销售团队，制定和完善销售管理制度，组建并管理商务销售团队；

3、通过社会化营销工具，行业群，行业会议扩展海外资源人脉 ，达成推广合作；

4、追踪行业发展动态、提出相应销售策略，引导和控制销售工作的方向和进度，带领销售团队实现公司要求的销售目标

1. Develop and implement the sales strategy, target and sales plan, perfect based on the market dynamic and the strategy of the company. Leading the sales team to develop new channel and customers, and find the solution to meet customers’ demands.

2. Responsible for sales team building, management, incentive training sales team, formulate and improve sales management system, establish and manage business sales team;

3. Develop the overseas market through the social marketing tools, industry sales summit to achieve promotion of cooperation;

4. Tracking industry development trends, and put forward the corresponding marketing strategy, and control the direction of the sales and schedule, leading sales team to achieve sales target.

 

任职要求 Candidate Requirements & skills:

1、大专及以上学历，理工科优先;

2、2年以上外贸销售工作经验，熟悉互联网，电商等行业优先；

3、优秀的英文口语及书面沟通能力, 良好的团队协作精神，较强的抗压能力；

4、良好的语言表达能力和沟通协调能力，较强的新事物的学习能力；

5、较强的市场营销洞察力和渠道拓展能力；

1.College degree or above, and major in science and engineering is preferred;

2. 2 years or above sales experience in foreign trade. familiar with internet and e-commerce industry is preferred;

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good team work and work under the high pressure;
