职位描述：
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES 主要工作
1.New molds trial run and validation;
新模具试运行和验证
2.Work with production, quality and maintenance team to lead the molding efficiency improvement, including decrease CT, improve cavity efficiency, reduce the scrap, etc;
与生产，质量和维修团队合作，提高成型效率，包括降低CT，提高型腔效率，减少废品等;
3.Technical training and assessment for injection molding technicians
注塑技术人员的技术培训和评估
4.Be responsible for sampling of molding
负责成型采样
5.Molding technical upgrade
成型技术升级
6.Support EHS job to ensure no a safety working condition in the workshop
支持EHS工作，确保车间有安全工作条件
