About the Position:
We are looking for a marketing intern with passion who will support the work of marketing department of St. James’s Place Shanghai limited within an international working environment, based in Shanghai, China.

Responsibilities:
1. Organize marketing expense form and follow up Fapiao collecting process
2. Support marketing team to organize activities and events as required
3. Coordinate production of marketing
4. Organize marketing materials stock
5. Assist marketing team travel bookings
6. Graphic design skill will be a plus

Requirement:
1. Good written and spoken English skill
2. Be well-organized and detail – oriented
3. A team player with a proactive and flexible approach to work and enjoys working in a multi-cultural environment.
4. Confident in dealing with internal colleagues and external contacts
5. With positive and can – do attitude is a must
6. Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
7. With events management or marketing background is a preference
8. Can work at least 3 days a week and 3 months internship
9. Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus 举报 分享
