职位描述：

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)

- Build the market intelligence on China silicone industries in Construction related applications, water repellent and coating etc.

- Regular update of the detailed silicones market database (MDB), analyze the data, draw conclusions on future growth areas, draft monthly report etc.

- Take the initiatives of in-depth knowledge to certain or assigned market segments / applications, so to support the drafting of the strategy and / or actions for further decisions to be made.

- Continuous survey of global and local competitors in Silicones.

- Conduct market research (incl. MDP) to identify opportunities/products required to support the business growth.

- Cooperate with MarCom on various activities, like organizing tradeshow/seminar, preparing promotion tools, etc.

- Coordinate with Sales Managers and Plant as Demand planner. Take care rolling forecast (TOPAS) collect and data input.

- Support the business optimization process in GC to fulfill the specific business plan, forecast, product management, etc.

- Collect related regulations, associations information in related industry

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

- Bachelors required or above, preferred in marketing or marketing intelligence

- 2 years at least of solid marketing assistant function or related sales experiences to certain

or several market segments / applications

- Solid skills in information collecting, data processing, data analysis

- Language and presentation capability both in oral and written format for Chinese and English

- Willingness of learning from others and cooperation with others

- Master of different tools to support the process optimization
