Representative Office; Training Centre

Tutor: Mainland China Commercial Manager

Key purpose of the role

The internship will consist of collaborating with and supporting the local admission department.

The intern will work closely with the team in the following duties:

? To help and support potential students in receiving information about the school and facilitate the

application process

? To support the Team in following up with “stand by” students applications in order to finalize the

applications

? Data entry

? To support with admission applications’ screening, admission certificate for both new and progression,

enrolment certificate

? To collaborate with the Team in following up potential students enquires

Learning objectives

The intern will acquire knowledge in front office activities and develop a customer-oriented approach in line with

the School standards and objectives.

Education and skills

? Degree in Business, Management, Law

? Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken)

? Knowledge of Microsoft (in particular of Microsoft Excel) and Macintosh

? Customer focused

? Attention to details and job focused

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility and ability to work in a team

工作描述：

1. 协助招生部专员处理各类文档的归档、输入、整理及数据统计

2. 协助核对市场部各类宣传资料的中英文版本校对

3. 支持线上、线下各类市场活动的准备工作

4. 协助进行简单的电话或在线咨询

学习目标：将会学到基本的办公知识以及与培训中心标准和目标一致的销售方法

教育和能力：

1. 认真细致，勤奋踏实，乐于沟通，有团队合作精神

2. 具备流利的中文听、说、写能力，不畏惧英语

3. 经济，管理，法律等相关专业

4. 具有熟练office软件使用能力者优先
