职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1), Liase with existing and potential customers from shop floor personnel to Director Level to understand the technical requirements and work with the customer towards a suitable solution;
2), Design the hydraulic circuit and liaise with electrical/ electronic division and contractors as required;
3), Select suitable components; Compile costings for project;
4), Prepare tender documentation including Technical documents;
5), Liaise with the customer to win orders.

When an order has been placed:
1), Prepare and be responsible for the final hydraulic circuit.
2), Prepare a detailed parts list for purchasing.
3), Liaise with the design office on the detailed design.
4), Contract manage the project with the client at all stages of design, manufacture, installation and commissioning as required.
5), Manage the projects Budget and commercial issues.
6), Write test procedures.
7), Get involved Hands on with testing and commissioning as required.
8), Be involved with some service and maintenance contracts.

Job Requirements:
1), Experience in the hydraulics industry and ideally Master or Doctor degree in studying fluid power and or control;
2), The candidate must me self-motivated and willing to work as part of a small team;
3), Good communications skills both verbal at all levels and written in English are essential;
4), The candidate must be practical and be willing and able to get involved hands on testing circuit concepts and systems as required;
5), As the position requires the use of Word, Excel and the candidate must be computer literate;
6), A basic knowledge of electrical/ electronic control systems although not essential would be an advantage;
