What are my responsibilities?
Mission:
- Overall project responsibility of 360° communications events/exhibitions at corporate level of Siemens China, including planning & organizing, implementation & execution as well as post-event summary & report.
Contact:
- Internally interact with other CC functions, other corporate functions, Marcom functions of sectors/regions, and other functional departments like Supply Chain Management & Compliance;
- Externally manage vendors/agencies, communicate with external organizations if applicable.
Areas of tasks/responsibility:
1. Organize and implement 360° communications events/exhibitions at corporate level, based on the defined communications strategy and plans, following the defined processes and guidelines, and within the assigned budget and costs.
2. Keep close teamwork with other team members, other CC function teams, other corporate functions, Marcom functions of sectors/regions and related functional departments like Supply Chain Management and Compliance.
3. Clearly understand the company's communications messages, policies and guidelines.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. Techniques:
1) Profound event/exhibition management experience: including planning, agency and process management, implementation and KPI evaluation
2) Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
3) Internal target group relationship management, external agency management
4) Thorough knowledge of company communication strategies & guidelines, key messages
5) Excellent command of oral and written English;
6) Super user of Microsoft office programs.
2. Professional essentials:
1) At least bachelor's degree with advanced English skills both verbally and in writing
2) Profound working experience on event/exhibition management
3) Excellent project management capability, communication/coordination skills internally and externally, as well as self-learning capability
3. Project essentials:
A minimum of 5 years' working experience on project management of comprehensive events/exhibitions (individual volume over 2M), preferably in a leading international company.
4. Leadership essentials:
1) Self-motivated, energetic, take full project ownership, change- and result-oriented
2) With mature personality, can work under great pressure and long hours if necessary
