职位描述

Responsibilities:

1.As regional industry segment manager of Tobacco, to analyze the existing and potential customer base and to formulate the successful strategies to promote Swisslog solutions and products in the Tobacco industry in the Chinese market by working closely with marketing team
2.To proactively analyze industry trends and competition situation, stay informed of the latest updates in the market and propose to adjust or upgrade industry strategies whenever required
3.To work out practical business development plans to screen, differentiate, and dig into local market and ensure its execution
4.To conduct customer visits/presentations, proactively educate and guide customers, and generate qualified leads that will lead to orders, through various types of channels
5.To strictly execute the entire Swisslog sales process from marketing, acquisition and sales right up to closing of orders and meet the ambitious budget
6.To systematically analyze sales project opportunities using the Swisslog tools,timely report on progress and situations, precisely identify the key stages and key persons, and provide feasible proposals for management decision
7.To provide realistic estimations for project O/I volume and potential O/I date and execute all required actions to close deals on time
8.To create trust and strong relationship at all levels in the customer organization, such as but not limited to, decision makers, top management, project team etc., to get deal done
9.To build up and maintain strong connection with third parties, such as agencies, industry associations, relevant government sectors, subcontractor, etc., to expand information channels
10.To work and communicate effectively with marketing, pre-sales consulting, sales support team, and other internal parties, and guide all the efforts to potential leads or sellable proposals/ solutions
11.To timely submit reports/documents/proposals and update information with high quality
12.To complete other tasks as assigned

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, preferably majoring in mechanical / electrical engineering or equivalent
2. Minimum 5 years experience in project /solution sales in relevant industry, experience in Tobacco industry is an advantage
3. Strong marketing sense and business acumen
4. A quick learner with open mind and strong curiosity to new ideas/products/practise
5. Strategic-thinking, with systematic approaches for analysis and decision-making
6. With consultative calibre profile and ability to conceptualize solutions and articulate concepts/ solutions to customers
7. Strong sociability and networking skills
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to present Swisslog in a professional manner
9. Ability to make and maintain contact from middle level to upper management of the prospective client
10.Good English (written and verbal)
11.Honest, hard-working, positive-thinking, with strong passion in sales,
12.A self-starter and good team player able to work effectively under high pressure and within tight schedule
13.Willing and flexible to travel extensively (domestic and overseas) on short notice
