Legal Consultant

We are looking for a legal consultant with two years experience in a Chinese law firm to join our Shanghai team.

Job Description:

Work Pattern:

· Full-Time

Languages:

· Mandarin (native speaker or fluent)

· English (fluent in speaking and writing)

· German knowledge would be an advantage

Personal Requirements:

· Team player

· Independent and able to perform under pressure

· Communicate effectively

Location:

· Shanghai

Education:

· LL.B degree holder

· PRC Bar

Responsibilities:

· Advise on foreign direct investment

· Negotiate and draft contracts

· Coordinate business and legal research

· Translate business and legal documents

· Draft and review memoranda and other legal documents

· Support our clients in protecting and enforcing their intellectual property rights and handle registration procedures
