职位描述：
Responsibilities职责:
1. Responsible for routine production management, organize daily production to ensure the implementation of production plan 负责生产管理，组织日常生产活动，确保生产计划的实施；
2. Work with logistic to make the monthly/weekly and daily production plan according to the customer order 根据客户订单，与物流部门合作制定每月/每周/每天的生产计划；
3. Manage and monitor key performance index, such as labor losses, daily output, product/material quality, scrap rate, machine up time, direct labor efficiency and etc管理和监督主要工作情况指数，如人员流失，日产量，产品/物料质量，废料率，设备停机时间，操作工工作效率等；
4. Make necessary communication with PE, ME, quality and other departments’ staff to solve the problems related to production. Drive the problem solving proceeding，reach the production target与PE，ME，质量部人员沟通讨论有关生产所出现的问题，推动问题的解决，完成生产目标并对生产效率负责
5. Being a WCM AM&WO Pillar leader. Study/coach and popularize the WCM methodology in production to improve the KPI continuously. 作为WCM WO&AM的支柱负责人，在生产活动中培训及推广WCM工具，不断改进KPI；
6. Ensure data collection accuracy and timely, analysis and improve the KPI.
确保基础数据收集准确及时，分析并改善相关KPI
7. People and team management, organize the training to improve team management skill人员及团队管理,组织培训并提升团队管理技能
8. Shall be really committed to staff thought, good civilized production, promote solidarity between team and team.关心员工的工作思想，做好文明生产，促进班组与班组间的团结。
9. WIP control and management based on customer’s demand
依据客户需求控制并管理在制品库存
10. Other tasks assigned by the Superior

Requirements要求:
1. University diploma or above, majored in prefer mechanical engineering or engine
本科以上学历,机械工程或发动机专业优先
2. Minimum 8 years production management working experience, preferable in automotive industry
八年以上生产管理工作经验，有汽车行业从业经验优先
3. Familiar with Lean production concept and tools.
熟悉精益生产理念及相关工具
4. Experience in Quality System (IATF16949 & ISO14001)
熟悉IATF16949 和ISO14001体系标准要求
5. Good command of oral and written English
良好的英语技能
6. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
