职位描述：
1. Confirming D-FMEA and control plan (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) from beginning of project;
2. Leading APQP process;
3. Following the implementation of control plan, analyzing the cause of deviation and making correction, update the control and D-FMEA if needed.
3. Check the potential quality issues during DVT & EVT process
4. Driving problem solving during the whole process of project design development, trial run, testing, and customer complaints
5. Dealing with customer complaints if needed

Requirement

1. Bachelor degree or above
2. At least 5 years working experience in household appliance industry, familiar with injection;
3. Experience in NPI period or project phase is a must
4. Knowledge about basic measurement tools are mandatory.
5. Strong hands-on ability and willing to work under pressure.
