1. Elicit and analyze business requirement
2. Create ETL and report design with team
3. Design and implement ETL or report according to the functional spec
4. Troubleshooting for the existing BI applications
5. Create test cases and help design documentation
6. Engage in or lead BI related projects through the whole project lifecycle
7. Demonstrates strong communication skills in both oral and written
8. Any other task assigned by team leader
录用条件：
1.？ 3+ years of related experience，1+ years of relevant experience in developing ETL with Datastage
2.？ 1+ years of relevant experience in creating and maintaining UNIX/Linux scripts
3.？ Familiar with DBMS like IBM DB2, MS SQL Server
4.？ Strong fundamentals on BI/DW Concepts including ETL, reporting, etc.
5.？ Can design BI solutions independently.
6.？ Manage multi tasks in parallel efficiently.
7.？ Quick learner and strong willingness in learning new technologies
8.？ Be able to work independently under a high pressure
9？ Be able to work flexibly to take conference call or work for production support in non-working hours
