(一) 非诉讼事务主要包括：按上级要求并协调法务团队其它成员，

1. 执行《集团法律事务管理办法》以及公司的各项法务管理制度和工作流程；

2. 协助上级，在日常工作中按《集团法律事务管理办法》(特别是合同、公章、证照管理流程)的要求向业务部门提出工作要求，确保《集团法律事务管理办法》的严格执行；

3. 完成关于公司事务的法律研究并解答各部门的法律咨询；

4. 审核及修改各类合同、协议和影响公司权利义务的重要函件，防止其中出现错误或有误导性的表述，对其中的法律风险作出提示；

5. 参与公司与第三方的谈判；

6. 联络和管理外聘律师；

7. 协助上级按时准备各项报告；遇突发事件时，及时向上级报告；

8. 协助业务部门处理公司各投保险种的报案，协助业务部门与保险公司沟通协调并协助处理案件的后续理赔进程；

9. 为业务部门提供基本的法律培训；

10. 承担公司及上级交办的其他工作。

(二) 诉讼事务主要包括：按上级要求并协调法务团队其它成员，

1. 参与诉讼前纠纷处理，完成证据收集及整理。按上级要求，主办诉讼或仲裁案件或委托外聘律师参与诉讼或仲裁案件，有效监督和评核律师工作，向上级就续聘或更换律师提出意见；

2. 从法律角度协助管理层处理各类重大、疑难纠纷、客诉和突发事件。

要求：

1、重点大学全日制本科学历，法律专业；

2、四年以上法务从业经验，有房地产行业经验，熟悉租赁方面的法务事宜；

3、英语六级以上，良好的英语听说读写能力；

4、通过国家司法考试者优先考虑；

5、熟练使用各种办公软件。
