The company is a start-up online wine merchant that is proposing every month new wines to its subscribers.
Through detailed presentations, videos and pictures, the company is showcasing very diverse wines at various price levels. Based on very good price/quality ratio, the selection is large and covers wines from all over the world.
The existing team is young and dynamic and welcomes a candidate that will share his/her passion for wine and digital communication. The candidate will have the opportunity to grow with the company and participate to an exciting adventure.
The web site is bilingual Chinese/English and the candidate will be responsible only for the English version. The communication will be directed to all English speaking people in China.

JOB BRIEF

We are looking for a Marketing & Communication Executive to ensure the promotion of the products on a daily basis, mainly on social networks, but also on the web site.
The ideal candidate should be good at writing to showcase the wines with a marketing twist and must be familiar to on line promotion.

RESPONSIBILITIES
? Take care of the English website and its regular update.
? Based on the existing documentations from suppliers, he/she will decide which content and how to present them (text, image and video).
? Work closely with digital marketing manager to prepare necessary materials for the web agency
? Assist in recruiting and selection of KOLs, liaise with KOLs for content writing
? Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
? Execute and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Wechat, etc.)
? Coordinate with Chinese colleagues to keep a similar communication style and exchange ideas for better promotion of the web site.
? Coordinate and organize off-line events for potential or existing customers.

REQUIREMENTS
? Proven experience in Marketing and Communication
? Familiar with best practices in marketing and communication field
? Excellent knowledge of writing in English
? Experience with B2C social media and email campaigns
? When possible, familiar with wines and wine regions
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
