职位描述：
Main tasks & responsibilities will include工作职责
- Interface & coordination with sales team and purchasing team负责与销售团队和采购团队的对接
- Contract preparation after PO confirmed负责订单确认后的合同编制
- Order management and follow-up, including daily on-time document checking and follow-up, loading and transportation schedule, contact with agency, payment status follow-up, and claims issue resolve 订单跟进和管理，包括交单文件跟进及审核、装船运输跟进、与客户代理商的联系、收款跟进、索赔处理
- Timely response to key supplier requests及时答复关键客户的要求
- Communication and relationship management with Key Supplier side负责与关键供应商沟通和关系管理
- Preparation of report, including key account shipping schedule sales report update常规报告的编制，包括关键客户的运输计划、销售计划更新等
- Finish special assignment from superior其它交办任务

Candidate Profile:任职要求
-A bachelor’s degree majoring in logistics or international trading related is preferred.国际贸易或物流专业优先
-Excellent communication skills and relationship building skills, coupled with strong attention to detail and developed planning & organizational skills沟通能力强，注重细节，条理清晰
-Self-motivated and driven 自我驱动力强
-Strong time management skills 时间管理能力强
-Flexible to time difference工作受时差影响，能接受灵活的工作节奏
-Skilled in Microsoft office including word, excel, power point etc.熟练掌握MS办公软件 举报 分享
