Job Summary
The role holder will support the compliance function in Hannover Rück SE Shanghai Branch. The pivotal responsibility will be focusing on assisting in compliance risks control and monitoring, handling sanction and Anti-Money Laundering tasks, assisting in internal control work, tracing the changing insurance related laws and regulations, monitoring the fulfilment of the internal and external reports, maintaining a sound compliance culture and environment, and other compliance related tasks.

Key duties and responsibilities
? Assisting in compliance risks identification, assessment, control and monitoring
? Assisting in internal guidelines and processes establishment and maintenance
? Assisting in sanction and anti-money laundering duties
? Assisting in internal control duties
? Monitoring the fulfilment of the internal and external reports
? Making confirmation of receipt of CIRC/IAC notices/meeting participation
? Maintaining a sound compliance culture and environment
? Assisting in compliance related researching, training, filing, reporting, translation
? Other compliance related duties

Required experience & competencies
? Fluency in both spoken and written English
? Strong knowledge and understanding of local regulatory requirement
? Good understanding of insurance operation and its related systems, processes and controls
? Task oriented, good team player and collaborative
? Strong communication and able to work under pressure
? 1-2 years working experience in a relevant role is preferred 举报 分享
