职位描述

工作内容:
1.负责公司访客的礼貌接待,引领。
Greet company visitors and direct them to the correct destination.
2.做好来电接听、来电过滤、来电转接,必要时做好留言记录,并通知相应人员。
Answer telephone, screen and direct phone calls. Take and relay messages to related person when necessary.
3.公司各部门信函、报刊、快递的收发。
Receive and sort mail, newspaper and deliveries.
4.及时通过E-mail查收传真,并转发到相应的人手中。
Check fax through email promptly and send it to related person.
5.每天把所有复印机、打印机、传真机纸放满。
Fill in full paper in print machine, copy machine and fax machine every day.
6.订桶装水、瓶装水、咖啡、奶精、立顿奶茶等。
Order big water, small bottle water, coffee, coffee cream, tea bag and etc…
7.办公用品的订购、申请登记、保管、分发以及分部门结帐。
Stationary management including but not limited to order, registration, storage, distribute and payment.
8.各部门的机票、火车票的订购,结帐。
Book flight and train tickets and organize the payment.
9.根据会议室预定单安排会议室的预定工作。
Arrange the meeting room booking according to the meeting room registration form.
10.根据客户要求酒店预订。
Book hotel rooms according to customer’s requirement.
11.就餐人数统计并分部门结帐。
Statistic lunch amount and separate the cost to each department.
12.快递物料的预定及费用结算。
Make sure the delivery material is always in stock and check the payment with Delivery Company monthly.
13.扫描发票,复印件存档。
Scan invoice and keep copy of invoice for filing.
14.为公司访客电话预定出租车。
Call taxi for visitors.
15.定制名片。
Order business card.
16.负责保持前台接待区域的整洁
Tidy and maintain the reception area.
17.准备中国签证用邀请函。
Prepare invitation letter for Chinese visa application.
18.完成公司交办的其他工作。
Other tasks signed by the company.
Requirement:
1.专科及以上学历,企业管理、行政管理、英语、等相关专业。Colleague Degree major in Business Management, Administration, English, German, etc…

2.了解接待礼仪的基本要求

Knowledge of basic etiquette.

3. 具备一定的文字表达能

Verbal and written communication skills.

4. 职业的形象

Professional personal presentation

5.流利的英语口语水

Fluent in oral English.

6.熟练掌握OFFICE办公软件使用方法,具备基本的网络知识能上网查询资料

Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Internet and etc…
