Responsibilities:
岗位职责：

To create, manage, and continually optimize the procurement of electronic and electro-mechanical components and sub-assemblies at T&S Brass in order to build the highest quality product for the lowest cost possible with continuous improvement.
创立、管理并持续优化电子元器件供应商，为公司控制采购成本，优化原材料质量。
 
Receive and review Engineering / R&D developed designs to prepare electronic and electro-mechanical sourcing package(s).
按工程研发部设计和要求进行相关电子元器件搜寻和采购；
Establish, build, and maintain external sourcing relationships for parts, PCB, circuit pack assembly, plastics, molds, box build manufacturing, etc.
建立并维护供应商关系；
Select and manage contract manufacturers for box builds.
成品组装供应商的挑选与管理；
Assist QA department to implement and train a QA methodology within T&S and across all of the manufacturing processes, systems, and contractors.
协助QA部门进行公司内部的QA方法培训，与各个部门和供应商在制造过程中保持紧密沟通，保证产品一致性。

Qualifications:
任职要求：

Engineering degree or diploma, preferably in mechanical & electrical engineering.
工程学本科学历，机械或电子工程专业优先；
A minimum of 4-5 years of experience, in the electronic technology manufacturing industry working with component procurement, PCB manufacturing and assembly and box builds and testing and QA.
电子技术行业，4-5年电子元器件采购经验，有PCB制造业或成品组装测试及QA经验优先；
Experience dealing with electronic manufacturing processes, especially within Asia.
熟悉亚洲地区电子元器件制造工艺；
Problem-solving and analytical skills to complement the Engineering / R&D development processes and systems and to create a QA methodology
具有较强分析解决问题能力，协助工程研发部创建QA质量保证体系；
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and communicate (written & verbally) effectively using reports, email, capable to multi-task, meet deadlines and be organized are important.
具备出色的人际交往能力，擅长倾听和沟通（书面和口头），能熟练使用报告，电子邮件，具备多项工作同时进行的协调能力和组织能力。
Key to success will be a willingness to be proactive; make decisions to resolve manufacturing/delivery issues as they arise; work collaboratively, be flexible and make a contribution in a smaller operation.
积极主动、具备良好的决断能力，具备较强责任心和团队合作精神；
Good comprehension of English language (Technical, Written and Oral)
英语水平好（专业术语，书面和口语）
Willingness to travel
