职位描述：
1. Job Summary

Finance supervisor overseeing accounting, reporting, taxation and internal control related tasks.
2. Key Responsibilities
(Major Activities of position, framework and boundaries of the job, challenges, etc)
                   Supervise financial and accounting processes and ensure adherence to company/national laws.
？ Prepare and distribute budget reports and financial statements to management in a timely fashion;
？ Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, and review entries submitted by AR, AP and G/L accountant to ensure the accuracy and completeness;
？ Perform account reconciliation activities on periodic basis;
？ Address financial issues and inquiries from internal and external customers.
？ Assist to create financial presentations for management and different stake holders;
？ Perform basic business analysis and recommend process improvements for process-effectiveness;
？ Perform necessary variance and other accounting analysis to identify and resolve any discrepancies or gaps;
？ Participate in overall annual budgetary process;
？ Work with head of finance to manage the whole finance team in various locations;
？ Work with different teams to address internal control requirement and strive for internal control compliance;
？ Manage company’s tax positions and accomplish different tax tasks.

？ Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Accounting
？ Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures
？ Knowledge of general accounting principals
？ Proficient in relevant computer software
？ Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
？ Fluency in English a plus
