1. Communication skills

• Good both spoken and written English skills
• Experience working with international teams and help decision making in a variety of stakeholders in multiple teams.
• Motivate, encourage, coach and share ideas with team members and open to talk truth.

2. People Management

• Proven leadership capability. The ability to rally a team behind a challenging cause and paint vision to team.
• Ability to work well with other managers for cross team coordination
• Empathy and encourage diversity in the team while keeping high efficiency, discipline and ownership in team members
• Open mind, easy going and work in a flat organization.

3. Project & Process Management

• Deep understanding of the agile process, Kanban is a good plus.
• Streamline the process, workaround distraction, keep team focus and make critical thinking/decision.
• Build trust with upstream and downstream by high quality product and keep delivering value while balance the schedule and challenge
• Encourage culture of incremental improvement with good execution and always bring team to new level.

4. Technology Management

• Very solid technical background on coding, design, database and architecture.
• Experience with helping old technology transition is a good plus.
• Very solid knowledge on high volume, high performance, and high quality web applications
• Very solid knowledge on MS technology, such as ASP.NET/ASP/COM+/C++/C#/VB/SQL SERVER.
• Passion on technology and keep curiosity and hungry on new ideas, trending and technology.
