Title: QA - Document Controller
Reports to: QA Manager
Subordinates: No
Responsibilities include
? Assistant QA manager to maintain the quality system;
? 协助质量经理维护质量体系;
? Ensure file management program is completely implemented；
? 确保文件管理程序得到有效实施；
? Formulate, modify, sort, distribute and update the documents and forms;
? 体系文件、表单的制订、修改、整理、发放与更新；
? Responsible for the management and distribution of internal and external files;
? 负责内部和外部文件的管理与发放；
? Responsible for the management and calibration of test equipment;
? 负责计量器具的管理与校正；
? Implement GMP, check and report the result;
? 推行GMP，检查并汇报检查结果；
? Implement 5S in QA department;
? 负责QA部门5S的实施；
? Purchase and management for laboratory instruments and consumptive material;
? 实验仪器、耗材的申购与管理；
? Monthly report: the status of the quality system;？
? 月度报告：质量体系工作现状；
? Audit the documents at regular intervals, and report the audit result;
? 定期对公司文件进行审核，并报告审核结果；
? Track and confirm the corrective action& preventive action;
? 纠正、预防措施的跟踪、确认 ；
? Collect related laws and regulations;
? 相关法律法规的收集整理；
? Third Party test for product;
? 产品送外检验；
? Perform other duties as assigned;
? 完成上级布置的其它任务；
Qualifications
? Junior college in a food, environmental engineering or related field;
? 大专以上学历，食品、环境工程等相关专业；
? 2 years work experience in a quality assurance function or 1 year work experience in document control;
? 两年以上质量部门工作经验，或一年以上文件控制工作经验；
? Computer literacy in the usage of Microsoft Office;
? 熟悉Office软件的使用；
? Familiar with quality system (e.g. ISO9001);
? 熟悉质量管理体系（如ISO9001）；
