职位描述
Title: Mechannical Engineer
Reports to: General Manager
Subordinates: 2
Responsibilities
? Research, Design, install and maintain mechanical production equipment, systems and processes applying knowledge of engineering principles.
? Prepare detailed 3D models and design drawings for systems, components and assemblies
? Create, troubleshoot, and modify PLC programs for new and existing equipment
? Troubleshoot, modify and/or repair various mechanical and electrical systems
? Develop/Design electrical control and power systems
? Identify, plan, and implement mechanical and electrical system upgrades
? Provide maintenance instructions and technical support for facility personnel
? Oversee installation, operation, maintenance and repairs.
? Prepare preventive maintenance procedures
? Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
? Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skills
Qualifications
? Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
? 3 - 5 years experience working in a manufacturing environment.
? Proficient in use of computer engineering tools like AutoCAD & SolidWorks.
? The ideal candidate will possess experience in design and manufacturing or maintenance of machine controls, process controls, and automated systems.
? Knowledge and experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems including symbol understanding and schematics is required.
? Hands-On experience with PLC programming using Allen Bradley products such as RSView, Panelbuilder, and RS Logix is required.
? Excellent communication Skills in both English and Chinese.
