职位描述：
1、熟悉行业标准，为客户选型提出专业建议；
2、整理产品图纸的文档资料，并归档；
3、能分析产品存在问题的原因并改进产品，能解决产线技术问题；
4、能独立进行新产品、新技术开发、制定标准化技术规范；
5、 制定公司产品研发计划的长期规划。
岗位要求：
1、 大学本科以上学历，机械电子类相关专业毕业；
2、熟悉冲压，注塑，表面处理，检测等生产工艺 ；
3、能熟练运用2D/3D软件，熟悉连接器的标准；
4、有较强的组织协调能力和沟通能力，工作认真仔细；
