With us, you will be working on highly motivating retail projects for leading Chinese and International brands. Starting from the first creative meeting all the way to the opening of the store. You will work on brainstorming, ideation and visual representation of the selected concepts. You will help CAD designers to execute the design and then follow the construction process, selecting materials and going on factory visits. You will be working on a large variety of projects throughout the year and will have great opportunities to create & perfect your own style & skills. Quarterly goals & personal reviews will ensure that you stay on track & grow with us the fastest way possible. We will push you to be bold and we hope you can inspire the team with your results !

Must have:

- Experience in Retail Design
- A driving core to never settle for average
- Very pro-active personality with strong sense of initiatives
- English written & oral professional fluency
- Good sketching skills
- Easy going personality, team player
- Very Good Photoshop & Illustrator skills

Should have:

- Good knowledge & interest for the world of brands
- Good sense of proportions, colors matching & material choices
- Good sense of manufacturing processes, especially in China
- 3Ds Max, Rhino or Sketchup skills
- Premiere Pro & Affter Effects skills
- Flexibility

Nice to have:

- Personal projects & pro-active profile
- Chinese language skills
- Genuine interest for beers on friday night
