职位描述：
KEY TASKS
? Work under the instruction of Chairman / GM to develop new business in China
? Research and study market trend, information of potential clients and business competitors
? Draw up and carry out action plan for new business development
? Find, secure and sign new projects to meet annual target
? Maintain healthy relationship with current and potential clients
? Cooperate with Design team to assist with the contract issue during design phases
? Cooperate with Operation to collect outstanding payments when necessary
? Travel for business as required
? Keep professional appearance and positive altitude

REQUIREMENT
? Bachelor graduate or above (business administration related are preferred)
? Have relevant working and management experiences in major design firm for more than five years are required
? High sense of responsibility, demonstrates energy and enthusiasm, well ability in communication
? Excellent professional English in oral and written is required
? Sufficient at professional office software as MS Office, Photoshop, etc


主要任务
? 按总裁/总经理的指示，在中国范围内进行商务拓展
? 潜在客户及竞争对手进行信息搜集，市场调研，报告等
? 草拟并执行商务拓展计划
? 独立寻找，开发新项目，完成全年业务指标
? 与当下及潜在客户建立良好关系
? 设计过程中，配合设计团队解决合同相关问题
? 配合运营团队收集未付款项
? 商务拓展需要配合出差
? 保持专业及积极工作态度

要求
? 学士或以上学位（商务管理专业者优先）
? 至少有五年类似主流设计行业工作及管理经验
? 良好的中英文口语及书面表达能力
? 熟悉办公及设计软件如：MS Office，Photoshop等 举报 分享
