Job Purpose

The Licensing Project Manager is focusing on licensing business development for different kinds of properties. We are looking for a Project Manager for our Brands department.

1.Responsible for finding new partners, bring in new properties, identity new licensees for the properties we represent.

2.Improving product sales and market share by developing brand’s new product line or image & communication profile, expanding brand’s territories.

3.Responsible for overseeing client’s accounts from initial enrollment, as well as consulting throughout the relationship.

Principal functions of Licensing Project Manager

1. Develop, maintain, and extend both licensors and licensees day-to-day relationships.

2. Implement and drive brand strategy plan to grow revenue for the brand’s interest.

3. Monitor and analyze client’s performance reports to establish objectives and target goals.

4. Ability to interpret marketing and pricing data.

5. Offer ideas/methods of increasing revenue through unique marketing programs.

6. Research competition, competitive issues, products, and industry trends.

7. Responsible for client’s communication to new partners.

8. Find and develop client leads and relationships though meetings & events.

9. Deliver proactive account management by providing business solutions to clients.

10.Coordinate with the team and achieve the business goals.

Qualifications and Key attributes

1. Degree in Marketing Communications or International Management

2. Advanced users of informatics tools – Microsoft Office, Project management software

3. English fluent (mandatory)

4. Negotiation skills, confidence and a persuasive manner

5. Creative, open-minded, time management skills, good writer

6. Bonus: Third Language speaking Spanish / Portuguese / French

7. At least 3 years working experience in licensing industry

Professional Experience

At least 5 years working experience.
