职位描述：
岗位职责：
一、招聘方向
1.核对各职能部门及校区人员需求，制定招聘计划，进行招聘实施；
2.发布、更新招聘职位信息，维护招聘渠道；
3.筛选简历，拟定面试方法、内容和程序；
4.汇报面试情况，确定最后录取人员名单，进行offer沟通及入职跟踪；
5.负责公司员工录用、转正、合同续签、异动、离职等及社保办理；
6.了解薪资核算方式方法；
7.完成领导交办的其他工作。
二、薪资福利方向
1、考勤与薪资管理：公司员工日常考勤管理、社会保险计算，确保所有薪资作业的准确性和及时性；相关人事报表分析及统计及相关数据台账维护等工作。
2、负责员工各类保险、住房公积金的办理（包括新增、续办、变更、转移等）。
3、福利制度管理及流程安排：离职、转正、福利等流程的安排。
4、制作核算每月薪酬福利成本分析。
5、人事档案的管理。
6、上级领导交办的其他工作。
任职资格：
1.大专以上学历，人力资源相关专业优先；
2.两年及以上人事各模块工作经验；
3.良好的职业道德，善于沟通，细心谨慎，执行力强；
4.熟悉人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程，熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策，并能实际操作运用。 举报 分享
