职位描述：

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)

Work with site IMS coordinators to facilitate various audits, including but not limited to ISO certificate audits, customer audits and internal performance audits, and ensure the requirements are fully met;

Maintain all audits reports in SPIRIT system and keep tracking on the open actions;

Compile, analyze and summarize the audits reports periodically to make sure GC IMS works in a good condition;

Develop IMS related process documents and monitor the implementation to support GC IMS daily business.

Preview the local-developed process documents and communicate with process owner to make sure the effectiveness, enforceability and efficiency;

Make sure global process documents are well communicated in proper circle and are well implemented in GC region;

Keep WACKER GC IMS manual updated in intranet.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

At least 2 years basic experience in chemical company and over 1 year experience related to IMS function;

Good command of Chinese and English in written and spoken;

Good communication skill;

Education in Chemicals is preferred;

External auditor certificates are preferred;
