1、Responsible for auditing the daily payment and employee reimbursement to ensure all of payments and reimbursements complies to company policy and follow up standard process

2、Prepare and delivery the expense report / Payment request on time, ensuring that the account payable is well maintained and closed out in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner
及时提交费用报告/付款申请,确保应付帐款及时支付
3、Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts and credit card account
每月核对银行账目和信用卡账目
4、Prepare and delivery relevant documents to bank (Such as contracts, invoices for receiving foreign currencies,etc.)
寄送相关资料到银行(如收到外汇的合同和形式发票等)
5、VAT invoices purchase, issuance, verification and arrange courier;
增值税发票的购买、开具、认证和寄送
6、Perform the annual inspection from various government authorities (includes AIC, Ministry of Commerce, Tax Bureau, Finance Bureau and Statistic Bureau) and keep a good relationship with the authorities.
办理证照的年检和更新事宜,同税务、财政部门建立和保持良好的工作关系;
7、Communicating with 3rd party accounting service provider to deliver our information, instructions and documents frequently;

Recruitment: 招聘:
1、Work closely with hiring manager to deep understand business and recruiting requisitions.
与部门经理紧密沟通,了解公司业务和具体的招聘需求
2、Ensure timely support on people resource through recruiting process, such as vendor sourcing, CV screening, cold call, interview and offer, etc.
通过招聘流程为业务部门提供及时的人力资源支持,如招聘供应商选择,简历筛选,cold call,面试,洽谈和提供录取通知书等
3、Develop effective recruitment channels on initiative to explore suitable candidates
积极开发各种招聘渠道搜寻合适的候选人
4、Provide logistic support to hiring manager to ensure a smooth interview process, e.g. book meeting room, send calendar invitation, interview receptionist, arrange paper test, etc.
协助部门经理做好面试安排,如预定会议室,发送面试邀请,面试接待,测试题发放等
5、Maintain recruitment report and ensure data accuracy
维护招聘报告,确保数据的准确性
Operation: 员工关系:
1、Support on board and exit process, including on boarding package preparation, materials collection, online employment and unemployment procedures, etc.
办理员工入离职流程,包括入职材料的准备,网上用退工,社保公积金加减保等事宜
2、Support on employee personal file management and labor contract renewal
维护人事档案,办理和更新劳动合同;
3、Support on internal transfer, promotion, training, performance management, compensation and benefits to build up a comprehensive human resource procedure and policy
协调转岗、升职、培训、薪酬福利、绩效考核等事宜,协助上级健全人力资源制度的建设
4、Support on other staffing works, such as visa application, residence permit, etc.
提供员工关系的其他支持工作,如签证申请,居住证申请,海归落户等。
5、Support on monthly payroll, e.g. maintain attendance records, etc.
协助员工工资结算,如维护出勤表等。
Job Requirements: 职位要求:
Bachelor Degree, major in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
财会相关专业本科学历
At least two years’ experience in Accounting filed, experience in multinational companies is preferred.
在会计领域有至少2年的工作经验,拥有跨国公司经验的优先考虑
Be familiar with China labor contract and other HR policies
熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策和人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程
Accountable, positive thinking and quick learner
有强烈的责任感,工作积极主动,拥有快速学习能力
Competent in both written and spoken English ((at least CET-6);
优秀的英语书面和口头表达能力 (至少大学英文级)
Good computer literacy, especially Microsoft office software
