职位描述：
Growing and dynamic knitwear manufacturer looking at hiring a senior merchandiser to be in charge of sample developments and bulk production. Good communication skills are required as you would be in direct contact with final customer (European or American). We specialise in middle to high-end flat bed knitted products (sweaters and accessories). Our structure of about 20 people includes: QC, accountant, shipping clerk, production person, merchandisers, … We are located in a brand new office in Pudong Minghang District: 3 minutes walk form the terminal metro station of line 8 (South) called Shendu Highway.

Must:
- At least 5 years experience in sweaters
-With sufficient experience to work independent completely
- good English level: written and spoken
- sufficient product knowledge in order to understand well technical packs and direct subcontractors on developments and foresee potential production issues
- managing skills as you would have one or two junior merchandisers under you
- proactive comportment towards customer / being able to give customer directions
- good price negotiation skills
- ease at communicating and working on a daily basis with subcontractor: development and production follow-up, discussing
要求：
5年以上做毛衣业务跟单经验，熟悉毛衣业务工作流程
熟悉毛衣产品知识。 能独立解决毛衣样品和大货生产中出现的问题。
能独立迅速的完成每天的工作，
英语听说读写熟练
沟通能力强， 包括跟客户和下属工厂的沟通。
具有很强的成本观念。

Net Salary:
7 000 to 10 000 RMB (can be adjusted according to experience and product knowledge)
