职位描述：
Responsibilities:
岗位职责：
1、 According to the brand SI system requirements, regulations and brand exclusive shop model, complete the design of the exclusive shop/area decoration drawings, packaging sample display and soft furnishings, etc; Guide the exclusive shop/area decoration; Communicate with customers to solve the problems in the process of construction and follow up the construction progress.
根据各品牌SI系统的要求和规定、各品牌专卖店模型，完成专卖店/专卖区装修图纸的设计、包装样品展示、软装等，并指导专卖店/专卖区装修，与客户沟通解决施工过程中存在的问题，跟进施工进度;
2、 Check the decoration of the exclusive shop/area on site before acceptance according to the drawings and process of construction and grade it according to the exclusive shop scoring criteria of company.
根据图纸与施工进度到现场对专卖店装修进行验收，并根据公司专卖店评分标准对其评分;
3、 Review the authenticity and accuracy of reimbursement application from the exclusive shop/area for company supporting and raise questions in time.
审核各专卖店/专卖区到公司进行支持报销的相关内容，进行真实性与准确性的审定，有问题的应及时提出;
4、 Assist, follow up and inspect onsite during the process of construction as occasion requires.在必要时，在专卖店/专卖区装修时进行辅助和跟进、现场监督等;
5、 Responsible for the inspection of the exclusive shop/area.
负责专卖店/专卖区的验收工作;
6、 Cooperate with distributors to provide the space design and impression drawing to project and retail customers.
配合经销商给予工程客户、零售客户提供空间设计以及出效果图服务;
7、 Research and develop of new products application solutions for Chinese consumers on the basis of the characteristics of the brand new products and combined with the consumption habits of Chinese consumers.
根据各品牌新产品的特点，结合中国消费者的消费习惯，研究开发适合中国消费者的新产品应用方案;
8、 Maintain good communication with the space design department of the headquarters and introduce all the product application design programs from the headquarters.
与总部的空间设计部门保持良好沟通，把各品牌总部的所有产品应用设计方案引进中国;
9、 Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
完成上级交办的其他任务;


Qualifications:
任职要求：
1、Interior design, environmental art design, decoration design, art other related professional bachelor degree or above.
室内设计、环境艺术设计、装饰装潢设计、美术等专业及相关专业本科及以上学历;
2、The training experience of product knowledge, brand management, brand VI & SI systems, interior design, decoration design, color collocation and other aspects.
受过产品知识、品牌管理、品牌VI、SI系统、室内设计、装潢设计、色彩搭配等方面的培训;
3、2-5 years experience of flooring or ceramic tile application design, outdoor design, interior design, space design and so on.
2—5年地板或者瓷砖应用设计、室外设计、室内设计、空间设计等方面的工作经验;
4、Solid theoretical foundation for interior or space design
具有扎实的室内或空间设计的理论基础;
5、Acquainted with knowledge and application design of flooring, ceramic tile products, master and apply brand SI system.
熟悉地板瓷砖产品知识和瓷砖应用设计，熟练掌握与运用品牌SI系统;
6、Ability to soft furnishings design and color collocation.
具有一定的软装设计和色彩搭配的能力;
7、Proficiency in the use of CAD, 3DMAX, sketch master, Photoshop and office software.
熟练运用CAD、3DMAX、草图大师、photoshop等软件和日常办公软件;
8、English is a must.
