岗位简述/目的 |
中国区贸易顾问(China Trade Advisor)负责协助交付“促进对华出口项目”(Export Growth China Program)和中国贸易咨询服务。同时,该岗位角色也向中国区总经理提供支持。中国区贸易顾问通过向客户提供优质服务的方式,促成澳大利亚商会在国内业务的顺利开展。

该岗位角色具有战略性质,协助促进澳大利亚和中国的双边贸易机会。作为全球贸易团队的一员,
贸易顾问负责协调并交付中国咨询服务和“促进对华出口项目”,以协助成员和客户成功地与中国和/或在中国境内开展业务。
关键责任/职责 |
主要职责:
国际贸易咨询:
- 项目分析,报告,记录和履行。
- 开发新的业务机会。
- 贸易资讯、分析和市场调研:
- 开发和调整项目范围;
- 建立项目计划;
- 关注市场/产品调研和分析,以满足客户需求和可交付项;
- 执行项目;
- 项目记录、复审并向客户提供报告。
交付“促进对华出口项目”:
- 定期进行客户交流及沟通;
- 与商会中国咨询团队共同协调沟通澳大利亚客户;
- 协调并执行“促进对华出口项目”;
- 为客户提供中国业务咨询服务;
- 通过中国“客户关系管理”数据库生成的相关信息处理、分析并完成报告;
- 协助中国团队进行推广营销活动;
- 协助中国团队进行相关的行政管理任务。
其他职责包括但不限于:

资质、经验、知识、技巧和能力 |

- 5年以上的项目管理或业务开发经验;
- 有国际贸易进出口和/或物流经验者优先;
- 有快速消费品(食品、饮料、化妆品,保健品),特别是进口葡萄酒类的贸易经验
- 有强烈的求知欲;
- 中文和英文读写说均流利;
- 有高等教育资质。具有商业方面的学位者优先;
- 熟练运用微软Word、Excel和PowerPoint办公软件;
- 注重关注细节,能够完整地处理任务;
- 能在团队内主动工作;
- 在任何时候均能维持岗位要求的保密性;

Position Summary/Purpose |
China Trade Advisor is responsible to assist with delivery of China Export Growth program and China Trade Consulting services. Also the role will provide a support role to China Country Manager. China Trade Advisor will contribute to the success of China operation of Australian Business Chamber by providing quality services to members and internal and external stakeholders.
General Statements |
China Trade Advisor is responsible to conduct internal and external stakeholder coordination, and deliver China consulting services and Export Growth China program to assist members and clients to do business with and/or in China successfully.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities |
Main Responsibilities:
International Trade Consulting:
- Project analysis, reporting, write up and fulfilment.
- Identification and development of all business opportunities in order to win new business.
- Trade consulting, analysis and market research
- Development and review of project scope
- Construction of project plan
- Focused market/product research and analysis in order to fulfil client needs and deliverables
- Implementation of project deliverables
- Project write up, review and presentation to clients
Delivery of Export Growth China Program:
- Regular client communications, updates and face to face meetings
- Facilitate coordination of clients and members in Australia with the consulting team in the Chamber’s China Office
- Coordinate with participants and conduct administrative tasks under China Export Growth program
- Provide China business consulting services to members and clients
- Process, analyse and report with sales data and relevant information generated from China CRM database
- Assist the China team with marketing activities
- Assist the China team with relevant administrative tasks
Other duties as directed which includes but is not limited to:

- Ensure that PD and KPIs are up to date in consultation with Unit Manager
- Follow QA procedures
- Identify and act upon opportunities for process improvement according to ABL policy

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Competencies |
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Competent planning and implementation skills
· Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in project management or business development;
· Experience in international trading, import, export and/or logistics is preferred.
· Experience in FMCG, especially wine, food & beverage, cosmetics and health supplements trading.
· Capabilities in market research, data collection, information processing, analysis and reporting
· Strong attitude to acquire new knowledge
· Fluent in both Mandarin and English reading, writing and speaking
· Tertiary qualification, preferably in Business
· High capability with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Strong attention to detail and ability to see tasks through to conclusion
· Ability to work autonomously and within a team
· Ability to maintain confidentiality required by the position at all times
· Demonstrate organisational and time management expertise
· Demonstrate service oriented approach, enthusiastic, motivated, positive attitude, good initiative and a self-starter
