职位描述：
岗位职责：

1、负责整个展会项目的销售战略规划，销售策略制定；
2、制定项目整体实施方案，跟踪项目进展，保证项目顺利进行；
3、负责项目的流程管理，制定和完善项目内部的管理流程和规范；
4、整个项目的预算管理，监督执行；
5、为参展商提供展会前期、中期与后期的协调和服务；
6、已有客户的跟进和市场拓展。
7、负责市场信息收集，市场开拓、参与会展交流推广；
8、负责销售人员的管理和培训，建立一支高效的销售管理团队；
9、评估销售业绩和团队绩效，管理销售团队，对整个销售团队负责；
10、展会项目中单个独立区域的项目管理。

任职要求：
1.本科以上学历，要求具备2年以上销售经验，一年以上大型会展项目策划、团队管理经验；
2.具备项目统筹、策划、实施、培训、文案、团队管理等综合能力，能够独立带领团队完成好项目的全案工作；
3.优秀的沟通、协调、谈判和领导能力；
4.有国际展会或外国展会招商经验者优先。
