Overview:
The workshop Supervisors is responsible for hour by hour operation on the workshop. Assist the
manager in managing the daily production and distribution flow. And also assist in logistically
managing the deployment of workshop personnel.
Should be able to resolve daily SAP report issues and act as point of contact for identification
and resolution of area data process errors.
Need to recommend process and/or system changes to enhance safety, organization, quality,
and productivity and work with leaders and plant personnel to improve system knowledge base.
Must be able to communicate with other departments on order status and plant required tasks
(delivery deletion, production order status, transfer order generation,etc.)

Main Responsibility:

Ensuring that the correct production orders are running to the correct specifications on assigned machines.

Initiate or coordinate inventory or cost control programs
合理控制库存和生产成本
Participating in routine practices and team projects relating to 5S, Scrap, Safety, Quality, etc.
参与日常生产管理，如相关的5S 工作， 废品率的控制，安全和质量等工作
Collection of batch records on the workshop and interim review of work in process. Final review of batch records and area
documentation.
收集车间的生产记录并针对发生的问题不断的回顾生产过程，最终解决问题并确保机器和文件记录一致性。
Interaction with groups such as Materials Management (MRP) and Quality Assurance (QA).
关注不同生产环节的相互作用，如物料和质量等环节。
Monitoring training records against area matrices, communicating training deficiencies,coordinating with supervisors on
issues arising from document
监督培训记录，通过对文件的分析找出培训缺陷并和主管交流。
Reconciliation of BOM issues and completion of Databases.
调和BOM 产生的问题并完成数据工作。
Analysis of deviations and non-conformances for trends, and communication of issues to management.
分析生产中的偏差问题和不符合项的趋势，并积极和管理层探讨。
Coordination of manufacturing schedules
协调生产安排/时间表
Monitoring assigned machines throughout the shift, periodically checking and testing parts according to the appropriate date
acquisition plan.
根据班次适当安排机器运转，定期检查并根据适当的日期采集测试部件
Troubleshooting quality defects and making any process changes necessary to eliminate the defects; recording corrective
actions.
解决质量缺陷并对流程做出对应的修改，记录正确的步骤。
Maintaining molds and molding machinery, including auxiliary equipment, in proper working order.
模具的维修和维护，包括相关的辅助设备，以确保正常的生产秩序。
Develop budgets or approve expenditures for supplies, materials, or human resources, ensuring that materials, labor, or
equipment are used efficiently to meet production targets.
制定合理的预算并对供应商，物料，人工等审核以确保生产有效率的运转以满足生产目标。
Performing molding machine start ups and shutdowns and supervising Material Technicians as they perform line clearances
and color changes review and providing general support and assistance with documentation issues.
从机器开启到关闭，确保材料、机器和所有记录（包括SAP）都正常运转和匹配
Communicating and addressing issues with area supervisors and other departments as needed.
及时和相关的主管沟通和交流问题。

Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree or above major in Mechanical Engineering or relative.
大学本科或以上，机械工程或相关专业优先考虑
2.At least 3 years experience in manufacturing background.
至少三年以上生产管理经验
3.Team work ability

4.Able to motivate people and implement systems, able to drive continuous improvement.

5.Good negotiation & communication skills.

6.Good command of English would be preferred
