职位描述：
Objectives
To ensure that products offered by suppliers meet the quality standards & regulations in the destination countries and Carrefour request.
The warrant of the application and respect of the supplier park identification and validation according to the group requirement through various audit deployment
Ensure 0 quality claim.

Major Job Responsibilities
？ Provide technical assistance to Commercial Team during sourcing, product develop, test & production.
？ Control and ensure that the process of qualification are applied according to the GS rules
？ Working with Quality group about Sourcing file. Define and control the relevance of the performance requirement.
？ Monitor the Products' qualification, improve and monitors the existing processes to ensure optimal quality product is delivered to countries.
？ Develops and maintains the quality control plans for Qualification, Pre-shipment Test & FRI.
？ 3rd party testing company cost management. Ensure the efficiency of the lab testing & testing report deliver on time.
？ Provide the adequate technical training to the commercial teams and suppliers/manufacturers.
？ In charge of claims management and continuously seek the opportunities to improve GS quality system and process following the business needs.
？ Develop and maintain a clear and precise communication between Quality and Commercial team to ensure efficient shipment quality and delivery


Qualification Requirements
？ Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering or materials.
？ At least 8 years working experience in quality assurance, quality control/factory audit and product development in retail industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
？ Strong analytical skills on product construction, safety risk analysis and compliance
？ Excellent communication skills and problem solving capability
？ Strong leadership with good team management
？ Customer oriented with commercial sense
？ Familiar with European market
