职位描述：
Main responsibilities:

？ Implement the channel strategy to drive the partner business growth to increase Datalogic market share in targeted industries, for assigned Business Unit product lines.
？ Manage the exist distributors and propose strategic mapping of distributor network, acquire qualified new distributors.
？ Develop, maintain and update discount structures
？ Manage distributor project reporting and conflict.
？ Provide strategic analysis on market trend and partner need, and make recommendation for partner sales growth initiatives.
？ Provide sufficient and effective support to distributors: organize/coordinate technical/commercial training and support.
？ Submit report as requested in a professional and timely manner: sales performance reports, projects reporting/conflicts, pricing and margin review, etc.
？ Advocate to effective and efficient cross-function cooperation.
？ Other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

？ Level of education: Bachelor degree or above (Electric and Automation, Engineering, other Majors vision related, etc.)
？ Level of experience: have good ADC product knowledge and business background, minimum 5 years relevant sales or distributor management in industrial industry experience,. (vision or automation background is prefer)
？ Strong sales and business development experience;
？ Have a good skill to set up the relationship with the customers and keep it up for long run
