Job Description of the Employee/员工岗位职责

1. Position/职位
   Service and Production Technician/生产服务技术员

2. Reporting Line/汇报
   As the Service and production Technician, the employee shall report to the General Manager.
   作为服务生产技术员，员工应向总经理汇报工作

3. Responsibilities/职责
   Insure the quality of service/确保服务质量
   Improving the product congition and market share/提高客户对本公司产品的认知度及市场占有率
  Coordination with service/协调客户的服务需求
  Accomplish the service target in his territory under the instruction of service manager/完成服务经理委派的所有服务任务
  Reducing the claim ratio and repair ratio/降低服务投诉率及返修率
  Work in the company warehouse when needed/在公司仓库完成指派的工作
  Do belt lacing and other related production work/负责给输送带做接头及其他生产相关工作
  Insure the quality of production/保证生产质量

4 Requirements/要求
  Carrying out all the service activity /出色执行所有服务任务
  Filling all the service, claim and machine data report in English/用英语填写所有服务投诉以及瓦线数据报告
  Coordination the customer service with service department/协调生产部门的生产计划
  Association with other technician to finish service and related reports/协助其他工程师完成服务及相关报告
  Carry out all productin related activities as per instruction from company/根据公司指示执行一切生产相关的任务
  Accomplish the production target/完成生产指标
  Filling all production related reports/撰写与生产相关的报告
