职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- To work with HSE team to improve workshop HSE performance through process and engineering improvement.
- To provide daily process supporting to the production line including compounding line. Manage the production run pack. Assist making related document and make sure sufficient information available for daily workshop operation.
- To attend morning shift change over meeting and follow up day to day operation issues. Lead daily on field problem solving, to improve the operation safety, quality, equipment reliability and efficiency.
- To attend Bi-weekly quality meeting and provide corrective solution to avoid repeatable issues.
- To work together with QC supervisor to investigate quality complaints and make corrective actions.
- To work together with production scheduler to optimize production schedule from operation and process aspect.
- To monitor and correct the deviation of on field process compared to SOP.
- To drive the progress to continuously improve TPU raw material efficiency, first time prime rate and productivity.
- To maintain and improve the SOP system to standardize the operation process, and provide relevant training to the technicians. Ensure TPU production team to follow production SOP
- To work together with maintenance team to improve the machine reliability to maximize production lines efficiency.
- To keep accurate records and production statistics ;Maintain operations documentation and database
- To undertake the training in the production process for all related staff

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES
1） Education：
 Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Engineering

2） Experience：
- Above 3 to 5 years on field working experiences with equipment knowledge in fine chemical, macromolecule chemical or polymerization industry (adjustment)
- Experiences in compounding line is preferred
- Experiences in process improvement is preferred
- The engineering experience is preferred.

4） Knowledge, Technical/Professional skill:
- Technical understanding of polymers related process and equipment
- Have mechanical knowledge
- Compounding manufacturing knowledge is preferred
- Strong in trouble shooting and continuously improvement
- Lean manufacturing knowledge is preferred
- Familiar with SAP system
- Understand PID diagram
- Familiar with DCS batch setup and maintenance (adjustment)
- Be able to communicate well and build relationships with key individuals in our overseas plants and shift people
- Good communications and presentation skills

5） Language Skill:
