职位描述：
? Foster proactive EHS-conscious culture and drive operational ownership of the plant EHS programs throughout the MFG floor.
? Provide EHS technical support for all production operations.
? Manage Injury & Illness cases, introduce and monitor programs for reduction of injury rate.
? Conduct EHS training and presentations on various topics within scope of responsibility.
? Perform EHS audits and inspections and ensure appropriate corrective actions are developed and implemented on a timely basis.
? Lead and participate in incident investigations and ensure appropriate root causes are identified and corrective actions are developed/implemented.
? Evaluate production operation safety risks and challenges and develop appropriate risk reduction strategies and facilitate the actions.
? Work closely with EHS staff and other function personnel throughout organization to develop and implement functional EHS programs and strategies.
? Maintain production EHS records and documents required.
? Drive the substantial safety throughout the workshop.
? Additional tasks, as required.

任职要求 Applicants must meet these qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree of EHS related (Mechanical/Electrical preferred).
? At least 3-5 years working experience was required.
? Proactive. Proven strong ability to execution.
? Good communication and influence skills
? Strong problem solving skill; result- oriented; innovative; adaptable; self –motivated; have teamwork spirit.
? Good in English and mandarin (verbal & written).
? Experience on operation management of lifting, LOTO, working at height, electricity safety, etc.
Desired:
? Assembly and testing experience of gas turbine package or similar heavy machine manufacturing.
? Strong fundamental working knowledge of EHS
? Field service and support experience
