Responsibilities:
? Provide user support within a Helpdesk pool to our client base (Worldwide)
? Act as frontline support to answer any query on our products covering content, platforms and usability
? Escalate query to 2nd level support for complete resolution
? Manage the end-to-end user query process from ticket reporting to resolution to ensure SLA commitment
? Work with Business Support agents across regions to provide 24x5 support and mutual backup across time-zones
? Work closely with the Account Managers to ensure high level of service quality and user satisfaction
? Provide user training, collect and summarize user feedback
? Document query / issues to build up knowledge base
? Assist in product upgrade, user migration and beta testing
Requirements:
University Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting discipline
? 3 or more years work experience in macroeconomic research, sector research or financial modeling
? In-depth knowledge with macroeconomic database products
? Proven experience in dealing with data query including methodology, definition and interpretation
? Robust analytical mindset and problem solving skills
? Fast learner in building product / software knowledge to become subject matter experts
? Strong computer knowledge and proficient in Excel
? Solid experience in building knowledge base and skill transfer
? Experience in user support role or Helpdesk team would be an advantage
? Strong interpersonal skills and client oriented
? Self-motivated, focused, detailed oriented and able to work efficiently to deadlines
? Strong team player ?
Good communication and presentation skills with fluency in spoken and written Korean/English ?
Extra language competence in Mandarin will be an advantage
