2013年Tanya受邀随团来中国访问。这次行程促使她对国内婴儿保育需求进行深入研究。在进行调研过程中，尤其针对性的对早期教育考察后，集团决定在国内成立新公司，孩时乐国际应运而生。

2015年6月孩时乐集团与上海曼浩投资有限公司正式共同成立孩升（上海）投资咨询有限公司，共同在国内运营澳洲孩时乐品牌。

Hessel Group has been in operation in Australia since 1998. Starting as a home based business with two young children, passion to succeed and take risks allowed the company to grow. The Hessel Group provides professional childcare, training to educators for employment in childcare centre, kindergartens and families to meet their childcare needs.

Over the last 17 years Tanya Cole has been instrumental at guiding the direction of the organization as the Managing Director and Owner. Tanya manages and oversees the business, staff, finances and projects. The organization has developed form a home based business to employing approximately 450 staff over a number of divisions. Tanya’s focus has been on providing a professional caring service where communication and integrity is vital.

The company’s philosophical belief is “children are our future,” dedicated to caring for children. Tanya has been successful in winning a number of tenders encompassing Corporate, Local and State Federal Government Departments. She has maintained a high quality standard in the provision of child’s care solutions, which has led to the organization becoming accredited to ISO 9001.

In 2013 Tanya accepted an invitation to travel with a delegation to China. This visit initiated research on the needs for childcare in China. After undertaking research and specializing in early childhood learning, a new company was established for the Chinese Market, Hessel International.

In June, 2015, Hessel International cooperate with Shanghai Manhao Investment Co. Ltd established a joint company, Hessel (Shanghai) Investment Consulting Co. Ltd.
