职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1 .Provide general service to the whole office,make sure the whole office running smoothly
2. Support HR functions
3. Answer phone calls
4. Record attendance,calculating the working hours,etc
5.Ordering Office supplies
6.Arrange cars,shuttle bus,flight tickets,accomodations,etc
7.Help foreign colleagues to apply/renew working permit and residence permit
8.Work with finance to pass the annual joint inspection
9.Invitation letter to foreign visitors
10.Other task assigned by line manager

Basic Requirements for this position:
 1.more than 3 years experience in Admin or HR field.
 2.Good communication skills, with team work spirit
 3.Good command of English and Chinese
