职位描述：
岗位职责
1.对外与国外客户联系，配合业务跟进现有外贸客户的订单安排，辅助业务对新客户的开发，做好客户所要求的并做好及时反馈和整理
2.对内负责订单的下达、订单生产的过程跟进、出货跟进，将国外客户的订单要求准确无误的传达给工厂
3.负责进出口相关单证（如合同、发票、装箱单、等）的制作、管理；如需要第三方公司验货，联系并跟进第三方公司的验货及出证事宜。
4.产品生产好后进行送货装箱安排，负责准备报关资料，协助报关公司完成报关事宜,安排货物的最终运输。



任职资格：
1.良好的英文功底，能熟练读写听说英文；清晰的逻辑思维能力
2.有外贸跟单工作1年以上经验，化妆品(成品及包材）行业经验或工厂经验优先，
3.工作主动，有责任心，有良好的沟通能力，性格开朗，有团队意识，人际关系良好
