职位描述：
Senior QC / Quality Inspector 高级验货员
地点：宜兴/安吉

Roles & Responsibilities / 主要职责:
? Assist to train on-site QCs for final inspections. 协助现场QC最终产品检验培训工作。
? Assist quality management system establishment in terms of technical point. 协助质量管理系统的建立。
? Assist the goldens sample board management on-site. 协助现场标准样品的管理。
? Assist quality problems follow up on-site by working with factory’s production people. 协助现场质量问题解决。
? Study the inspection schedule and communicate with the factory for mass production status confirmation before going for final inspections. 提前与工厂确认大货生产情况， 看是否满足验货条件。
? Visit factories and complete inspections of products in order to assure quality levels and all specifications have been met. 工厂拜访，完成产品质量检验。
? Perform in-line and final inspections per requirements. 按照要求执行过程检验和最终成品出货前的检验.
? Write inspection reports and communicate the findings to SH and HKO team. 按照要求准时完成验货报告并且和上海/香港办公室沟通。
? In case of problems found on the product, consider the available options to correct the problem, negotiate and coordinate with the factory to find a workable solution. 协助质量改进措施跟踪。
? You will be our eyes and ears in the factory and responsible to help push the order forward to successful completion. 协助订单顺利出货事宜。
? Handle ad hoc projects and duties as assigned by Quality Manager. 完成质量经理安排的其他工作事宜。
Requirements / 要求:
? Degree in Quality Control, Engineering or related disciplines. 质量相关专业。
? A minimum of 4 years working experience from flooring industry in QC/QA required. 至少4年地板质量控制/验货工作经验。
? Strong product knowledge in Home Decor, flooring, toys, seasonal, electronics, plastic, metal, watch, clock, sundries etc. 地板， 装饰材料，杂货，电子类产品验货经验优先。
? Familiar with US, British and European standards of above field. 熟悉欧美市场产品要求。
? Good command of written and reading English. 英语读写能力强。
? High degree of work ethics and integrity. 较强的职业道德。
? Familiar with inspection techniques and related regulatory standards (AQL). 熟悉验货流程，标准，要求。
? Being able to travel extensively is a must. 适应频繁出差。
? Proficiency in MS office, Excel and Chinese Word Processing. 电脑技能满足工作需求。
? Proactive, self-disciplined, detail-minded, honest, responsible and able to work independently. 积极主动，独立工作能力强。
