职位描述：
1. Key Responsibilities 主要工作职责
(1) Maintain customer information in ERP system
     在ERP系统中维护更新客户信息
(2) Generate VAT invoices and periodically conduct VAT-input authentications
     开具增值税专用发票和定期进行增值税进项认证
(3) Distribute quarterly statement of account to customer and follow-up feedback
     每季度为客户提供对账单并跟踪付款
(4) Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
     维护公司收款情况和记录
(5) Carry out tracking, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
     根据具体的期限进行跟踪，收集和报告工作
(6) Perform direct tax calculations and periodical declarations
     进行税款计算和定期申报
(7) Assist with month-end closing
     协助月底结账

3. Essential Skills/Traits/Competencies 基本要求和能力要求
(1) Degree in Business Administration/Accounting
     大专以上学历，工商管理或会计相关专业优先
(2) Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures
     了解一般账务处理程序
(3) Knowledge of general accounting principals
     了解一般账务处理原则
(4) Proficient in relevant computer software
     精通财务相关计算机软件
(5) Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
     熟悉法规标准和合规要求
(6) Fluency in English a plus
      英语熟练者优先考虑
