职位描述：
Job Description:

1. Responsible in assisting the Business Development Director, General Manager and the Financial Department of the company in various issues such as: translations, presentations, schedule planning, business trips co-ordinations, checking bills, bank transfers, deal with Tax Bureau issues etc.

2. Responsible for the overall functions of the office including: paying to our suppliers, paying bills, purchasing office supplies, coordinating between the different departments in the office etc.

Qualification

1. Fluent English.

2. Work experience as a personal assistant

3. At least 1 year experience working for a foreign company.

4. Business negotiations skills.

5. Computer skills must include: excel, world and power point 举报 分享
