职位描述：
Roles & Responsibilities /主要职责:
? Train on-site QCs for final inspections over inspection procedure, inspection standards, inspection report writing, packaging requirements, etc.
? Maintain & update QC documentations including inspection procedures, inspection standards, inspection reports, product Specification, packaging requirements, etc.
? Manage the master sample board system for on-site inspection use.
? Translate all QC documentations into plain Chinese from English for on-site QCs use during inspection processes.
? Monitor QC requirements’ on-site implementation.
? Review QC inspection reports, communicate with QCs for inspection report issues, upload inspection reports into system per requirements.
? Follow up inspection failures with factories for root cause, corrective & preventive actions, and communicate with customers about quality issues.
? Handle quality claims sent by customers, follow up root causes, corrective actions and preventive actions with factories to solve quality problems.
? Work with the factories to solve the quality problems found by QCs on-site.
? Work with factories for quality continuous improvement program.
? Manage the inspection tools for on-site QCs use.
? Report clearly/timely to managers over day-to-day quality management.
? Assist the 3rd party product test program management.
? Finish other tasks assigned by managers.
Requirements / 要求:
? Degree in Quality Control, Wood Engineering or related disciplines.
? A minimum of 6 years of working experience in QC/QA is required, 4 of which in flooring industry is a must.
? At least 2 years of QC supervising experience is required.
? Strong product knowledge in Home Decor, flooring, toys, seasonal, electronics, plastic, metal, watch, clock, sundries etc.
? Familiar with US, British and European standards of above field.
? Good command of written and spoken English.
? High degree of work ethics and integrity.
? Familiar with inspection techniques and related regulatory standards (AQL).
? Being able to travel from time to from required by works.
? Proficiency in MS office, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
? Proactive, self-disciplined, detail-minded, honest, responsible and able to work independently.
